In a situation where you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a full-refund. In case of a refund, contact us with your purchase details within 10 days. Include your order number and please mention the reason that refers to your refund. We appreciate customer feedback as it helps us in improving our products and quality of service. Once you have completed this process, the refund will be processed within 10 working days.

The refund will be sent to the same account (Debit, Credit or Online Banking) that had been used while the purchase of the order. In case an order had been payed using Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be initiated using online banking.

We collect information from you when you subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form. When filling up the form on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. Shipping policy

 

We believe in delivering our products in the best condition. Orders within India are delivered through registered domestic courier companies. Our orders take an approximate of 48 hrs to be shipped from our warehouse and should reach you within 5-7 working days.

Currently we don’t offer shipping for international orders.

All orders will be delivered to the address that was given while placing the order or the billing address of the card used at the time of order.

1. How do I request a return/ refund for an order?

Please send us an email on khidkeeshoppee@gmail.com or call us at 040-23004756 with your reasons, please note that this will only be possible if it meets our guidelines as mentioned in our return and refund policy.

2. If I paid using Cash on Delivery, how will I get my refund?

Refund for cash on delivery will be done through NEFT transfer to your bank account. Details for which will be shared further through email.

3. If I get a wrong product, can I get it replaced?

Yes, if you have received a wrong product it can be replaced through our return and replacement policy.

4. What are the different modes of payment available?

5. Can I exchange or return the product at the store?

No, Orders placed on the website have to be returned through courier and cannot be exchanged or returned at the store.

6. How long does a refund take?

For a refund to be processed it usually takes 5-7 business days as there are multiple parties involved for this process to be completed.
